The following terms and conditions apply to all donations made on the Hasene Humanitarian Help Canada website (www.hasene.ca).

Our Agreement

When you place an online donation with Hasene Humanitarian Help Canada, you will automatically be sent an email confirming receipt of your donation and any relevant additional details. To Hasene Humanitarian Help Canada, your donation represents an offer to us which is only accepted by us when we process your donation. 

Explanation of Items 

We will always work towards ensuring that all details, descriptions, and any indicated purposes of donation items appear on our website correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into our system. We reserve the right to refuse any donations we believe were made where item information has been mis-published, including any descriptions or intended purposes. 

Donations and Their Use 

Donations made through the Hasene Humanitarian Help Canada Website (www.hasene.ca), over the phone, or through other means, are made to Hasene Humanitarian Help Canada. Hasene Humanitarian Help Canada will strive to utilize your donation for the intended purpose or project as described on our website or communicated to you. 

Please note that Hasene Humanitarian Help Canada is not a registered charity with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). Therefore, donations made to Hasene Humanitarian Help Canada are not eligible for a tax receipt in Canada. 

If Hasene Humanitarian Help Canada is unable to carry out a project the donation is intended for or collects more funds than the project requires, the funds will be reserved for future projects within the same thematic areas, or be used for other humanitarian aid efforts as deemed necessary by Hasene Humanitarian Help Canada. 

That said, if your donation was made in error, please send us an email at [email address removed] or call us immediately at [Insert Hasene Canada Phone Number Here], and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a suitable resolution, keeping in mind that as a non-charity, the regulations regarding the return of funds may differ.

Security 

When submitting a donation with Hasene Humanitarian Help Canada, you are agreeing to allow Hasene Humanitarian Help Canada to use your personal data in order to process your donation. Modification of Service or Adjustments to the Conditions 

Hasene Humanitarian Help Canada reserves the right to make changes to our website, policies, and the terms and conditions of donations at any time. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you use the website unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to donations previously placed by you). If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition. 

Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control 

Hasene Humanitarian Help Canada will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights. 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario. Hasene Humanitarian Help Canada operates within Canada.
